My Experience
Software Developer, Arisen Technologies, Noida (18th March 2024 – 3rd January 2025)
As a Software Developer at Arisen Technologies, I was responsible for designing and developing user-friendly, responsive websites that provided seamless user experiences. I implemented front-end features using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring that the websites were visually appealing and functionally robust. On the server-side, I developed and maintained application logic using PHP, while efficiently managing databases and optimizing SQL queries to improve performance.
A key project I worked on was the development of an internal CRM system, which streamlined company operations by incorporating role-based access control, automated workflows, task tracking, and priority management. This implementation resulted in a 15% improvement in operational efficiency.
In addition to new development, I was also responsible for maintaining and updating existing websites. One notable project was the enhancement of the company website, where I introduced new functionalities and updated sections such as the Arisen ads section to improve usability and engagement.
Beyond web development, I worked on data analysis using SQL and Tableau, creating dashboards that provided insights for better decision-making.
Collaboration was a crucial part of my role, as I worked closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time. I also ensured proper documentation of code and development processes, facilitating better knowledge-sharing and collaboration within the team.
Beyond development, I conducted data analysis using SQL and Tableau, creating interactive dashboards that provided valuable insights for business decision-making.
Computer Teacher, Ratan Prem DAV Girls Inter College, Aligarh (2nd March 2022 – 15th February 2024)
As a Computer Teacher, I taught Computer Basics and MS Office to 9th and 10th -grade students, ensuring they built a strong foundation in digital literacy. I developed lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments to facilitate structured and effective learning.
To enhance student engagement, I implemented innovative teaching strategies, incorporating practical demonstrations and hands-on activities. These techniques helped students grasp complex topics more effectively and retain knowledge better.
Beyond teaching, I provided guidance and support to students, assisting them in developing problem-solving skills and preparing for exams. My efforts contributed to higher student performance and confidence in using digital tools.
I also collaborated with colleagues and participated in faculty meetings and professional development activities, which allowed me to refine my teaching methodologies and stay updated with the latest educational trends.
Additionally, I took on the responsibility of maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance using Excel, ensuring seamless data organization for academic tracking. My structured approach to record-keeping improved accessibility for both faculty and administration.
My dedication to teaching was recognized through positive feedback from students, parents, and colleagues, reinforcing my ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
To put it briefly,i can say that at Arisen Technologies, I worked as a Software Developer, designing and developing responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and SQL. I contributed to an internal CRM system, improving efficiency by 15%, and maintained the company website, enhancing user experience.
